Rates and rounding

One clear rule applies to pricing: the rate stored in Toggl leads. SAP prices only apply subordinately. That keeps maintenance in one place – whoever changes an hourly rate changes it in Toggl.

What is this for?

  • Take the hourly rate from Toggl.
  • Round the tracked time before billing.
  • Record rate and currency per line in a traceable way.

Rates and rounding

How to set it up

  1. Maintain the hourly rate in Toggl – it is taken over during the billing run.
  2. The rounding rule determines how tracked minutes become billed hours.
  3. The journal records the rounded hours, the rate used and the currency per line – so an invoice stays traceable later on.
