User mapping

The user mapping connects a Toggl user with the employee in SAP Business One. Without it a tracked hour could not be assigned to an employee or a sales employee.

What is this for?

• Store the matching SAP employee per Toggl user.
• Additionally assign the sales employee that ends up on the document.
• Deactivate users that are not billed.

How to set it up

1. Create an entry for every Toggl user; the Toggl user id is taken over.
2. Assign the SAP employee and – where wanted – the sales employee.
3. Set users whose time must not be billed to inactive.
4. If a mapping is missing, the affected entries appear in the journal as an error instead of disappearing silently.
